Goals and Objectives
Mission Statement
Our Goal is to create a professional association, which exists to educate experienced tour guides and provide vocational training and internship opportunities for recent tourism graduates and postgraduates in Romania. We do this through seminars, conferences, newsletters and opening doors for exchange programs in Romania and abroad. We also protect certified tour guides through supporting and advocating legislations that support their common interests. Our association is for members only and we only accept certified and experienced tour guides with good credentials.

Association ICA is proud to announce two new Board Members in the person of:
Michael Beckerman
- a professional businessman from England
- expert in grant proposal
- his main field: company formation and consulting
Currently Michael and his wife, Suzan are living in Romania, county Harghita, city of Szekelyudvarhely (Odorheiu Secuiesc) and is running a private business
Mitchell Adam Swedarsky
former USA Peace Corps Volunteer originaly from state of Indiana, city of Indianapolis
Mitchell has dedicated to serve the law in the USA and he is at the moment living in Indiana. He is a reliable and an apprecieted counterpart and now officially board member of Association ICA.
